Jeff Nathan – Biography

Jeff originally hails New York and in 1995, he decided to move to Woodstock, GA. He spent a few years learning the Atlanta market by working for a number of local builders and then decided to start J.N. Residential, Inc. in 1997. Jeff is licensed and insured under the new Georgia requirements for contractors.

Jeff has a B.S. in Economics from Alfred University and has been building homes since 1983. He has a knack not only for building homes, but also for building friendships with his clients. As Jeff likes to say, “We build people’s homes, not nameless houses.” He takes this as a serious responsibility and works tirelessly to exceed the expectations of the people he works with.

Jeff has two grown children and is a raving fan of the Atlanta Thrashers.
