Meet The Team
Jeff Nathan - Owner
Jeff had been a builder since 1983. Jeff has specialized in building and renovating residential properties for over 37 years. Jeff has a degree in business and economics from Alfred University.
Starting his building career in New York he moved to Georgia in 1995. Working as a Supervisor for a Georgia builder he gained experience in the Atlanta market and the started J N Residential Inc in 1977.
Jeff lives in Woodstock, Ga. He has 2 children and 3 grandchildren, all living in Florida.
Brett Deaver – Project Manager
Brett has 10 years of construction experience. He is especially skilled in kitchen and bath remodeling as well as basement finishing. He is detail oriented and very thorough in making sure that the client comes first.
Brett lives in Woodstock.
