Jeff takes good responsibility in the work and completes the work before the date he promises to complete. I’ve taken his contract for my basement construction. He just came and has seen unfinished basement. He has designed by talk with his builder Brett. I really got scared during that time whether it’s possible like that but after completing the basement it came more than what I’ve expected. Even Brett takes each and every step very carefully including wood and colors to maintains same what we we have in the first floor. J.N. Residential renovated our old 1950’s era bathroom. They did a complete gut and rebuild in 6 weeks. We are very happy with the outcome. It looks absolutely beautiful now. I had J N Residential do some remodeling for my daughter's bathroom. They pointed us in the right direction to where to pick out the replacement tile, and shower head, etc. They took an old out dated 80's tub and converted into a beautiful tile shower with frosted glass doors. It is beautiful!

Jeff signed me up and then called whenever there was an update (eg., materials ordered, materials arrived, installation day scheduled). The crew arrived on time and very expertly prepped the roof, removed all debris from the roof and older coverings, installed the new covers and then cleaned up around the entire house leaving NO debris anywhere. I was looking for a contractor for a relatively small job - remove part of the wall between two bedrooms and install a barn door. Due to size of the job, I figured it would be hard to get someone good, and then get it done on time. Jeff proved me wrong.Jeff is super detailed beginning at the quote phase. He walks you through what he is going to do. Great communicator about status and what he is doing. He has his team (Dave and Carlos) started when they said they were going to start, and finished two weeks earlier than when I needed it done. Jeff himself was very responsive and professional. Unfortunately, I feel that his project manager put us on the back burner because we were not present at the times of service (it was a rental unit). It was hard to get him to respond in a timely manner. We had to have them come back out twice after the “finished product” because the paint job was so poor. I didn’t get Jeff involved until after the first re-do was still not up to par and I regret that now. The majority of our issues were with paint (although there were some others with drywall, etc.) so I think this was a subcontractor issue for them. Overall my experience with the company was good, but I wouldn’t hire someone that I had to correct twice, again.

My husband and I had been thinking of remodeling our kitchen for a couple of years, and wanted to get estimates just to see where we stood cost wise. He even sketched out a plan while he was giving the estimate and made suggestions along the way. JN Residential remodeled my master bath. Everything went very well, and Jeff provided a few helpful ideas though I knew the look I wanted . We took walls down to the studs, removed the tub, and rebuilt everything, substituting a walk in shower for the tub. I have had several good comments on it, and I am completely satisfied. I recommended him to a friend, and I will have him back later this year to update the other bath.His pricing is reasonable and he communicates very well. I went through other contractors that were on the popular home remodel/repair sites, and I am glad I passed them by.

Jeff and his team completed a refresh of our guest bathroom earlier this year. They did a wonderful job. He was a pleasure to work with and was up front about cost and timing. Both important aspects of any project involving your home. We would recommend him highly to anyone looking for projects in their home.

We hired JN to build our house after getting estimates from a total of 3 builders. JN wasn't the most expensive nor was he the least which is what we wanted. Something in the middle so we could adjust either way during the building process. JN's estimate came in just under the actual cost by about 15%. Any overcost was mainly due to upgrades that we had already anticipated might happen.

The time frame in which this was to be completed was 6 months. But there were delays mainly due to a lot of rain and waiting on utilities to be installed. It took 9 months but like I said at least 7 weeks of that was due to how much rain came down in the last year.

Overall Jeff was easy to work with. He sat down with us and we went over the house plans and discussed the basics and what to expect during the building process. Changes during the planning phase are easier to make. We were also fortunate enough to live very close by while the house was being built so we could see what was going on daily and request any changes or ask questions about work being done. I recommend to visit at least once a week if possible to see how things are going as again changes are easier to make during building rather than after.

Post-build Jeff has been very responsive to fix any issues we have had. We haven't felt like he is avoiding us as he works fast to correct any issues we may have while we break in the new house. We were unhappy with the result of the master shower and Jeff absorbed the cost to have it redone to our satisfaction.

Jeff is overly competent at what he does. He takes over and makes what seems impossible happen. He helped us when we had a leak that destoyed our flooring and kitchen cabinets. When another contractor had us in limbo and wouldnt so much as lift a finger on our behalf to find matching discontinued cabinets. Jeff came in and worked tiredlessly on our behalf. Jeff managed 2 separate projects for us and we are very happy with the work that was done. We added a new bathroom off our family room in the basement and did some upgrades to our kitchen and great room such as new granite counter tops, with a slightly different configuration, replaced some can lights with pendant lights, crown molding, and repairing and repainting the ceiling. We are very happy with how easy it was to work with him, the quality of work, the scheduling and follow-up. He and his crew did everything they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. They showed up on time and got the work completed within the requested time frame since I needed it done to host a large family gathering for the holidays.

JN Residential arranged for installation of gutters, ordered and installed the gutter guards, and made sure that downspouts were added in the right locations. In addition repairs to facia were done and the appropriate downspouts were set up to discharge to rain barrels. All work was quality work done by quality workers. All questions were answered with respectful explanations.

Working with JN Residential was a wonderful experience. Jeff was professional, respectful and very easy to work with. He listened to our concerns or questions offered advice and built us our dream home. He kept us always up-to-date and very involved in the process... even our children. Jeff's company did 2 projects for me over the course of 3 months at the end of 2015: built a bathroom in my basement off my family room and did some renovations and upgrades to my kitchen and great room area. Jeff provided valuable advice on the bathroom layout and products. In the kitchen, i installed a new granite counter top, with a different configuration and bar top than the old one. I also had crown molding installed in the entire great room/kitchen area and new pendant lights over the bar top. During the process, Jeff's crew was always on time, came when they said they would, were very helpful, and completed what they said they were going to do. The work was excellent and I am very pleased with the results. I needed this done in time to host a large family gathering at my house over the holidays and Jeff and his crew made it happen on time. Jeff completed an outdoor project on our house. We are very pleased with Jeff's expertise and service. He found a very cost effective way to deal with our stucco siding issues that make the siding quite strong, energy efficient, moisture proof and woodpecker proof. While preparing to install a new paver patio, Jeff discovered a potentially dangerous situation by our foundation. If he did not discover and correct this, half our house could have fallen. Jeff also installed a beautiful stone retaining wall, windows, french doors, replaced our driveway, parking pads, walk, new landscaping, installed gutter guards and new chimney caps. All of the work was done with quality materials. The outside of our house looks quite beautiful and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Jeff. He shows up on time clean neat and stays on budget!!! He has very reasonable prices!! If there is any problems he solves them right away I can't see hiring any other builder to repair, redo, or build new. I have referred him to other people and he did the same for them.
